Terms & Conditions

1. This initiative is open to all businesses that are registered and live on the eola booking system provided that;
1. a. the business is more than 6 months old,
2. b. the business is verified,
3. c. the business is operating in a country where the eola booking system support payments through their payment system,
4. d. the business has a minimum of one booking processed through the eola booking system.
2. The initiative will run from the 1st of January 2020.
3. To enter the initiative you need to:
1. a. (1) refer one new business to the eola booking system, 
2. b. (2) the referred business need to have set up a minimum of one activity that is live and bookable via the eola widget and/or the eola marketplace before the end date,
3. c. (3) the referred business needs to have processed at least one paid external booking through the eola booking system before the end date, and 
4. d. (3) introduce the referred business to eola in an email to join@eola.co mentioning [referral10] at the latest one week after the referred business has processed their first booking via the eola booking system.
4. The initiative cannot be applied on any referrals that;
1. a. have registered and gone live on the eola booking system before the start date,
2. b. are a previous registered business or user on the eola booking system,
3. c. are affiliated with an existing user or business on the eola system or marketplace,
4. d. am a current employee of eola LTD.
5. Once you have entered the initiative, your business will be entitled to;
1. a. a 10% discount on the eola fee associated with all bookings processed through the eola booking system for a 3 month period, starting the month following the referrals first processed booking is completed (the “incentive”).
6. The 10% discount is only applicable on the standard 4% eola booking system fee and not on any separate or additional fees such as the eola marketplace fee.
7. If you make multiple referrals these will be seen as separate entries into the initiative and every entry entitles you to the incentive as set out in paragraph 5. 
8. Once the incentive period has expired, you will move on to the standard eola payment model automatically.
9. The incentive is as stated. The incentive is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.
10. The incentive cannot be combined with any other offers, campaigns, discounts or promotional initiatives during the same time period.
11. At any time, if we believe a business is doing something which breaches our terms and conditions in some way, we retain the right to revoke their remaining benefits.
12. We reserve the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the initiative where it becomes necessary to do so.
13. At all times, you need to adhere to eola’s standard [terms and conditions]
14. This initiative and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
